The AHEA 2008 Annual Conference,"Animating Change in Adult Higher Education," was held in Mobile, Alabama, October 1-4, 2008.

The Pre-conference Workshop, "Does Progressive Higher Education have a Future as well as a Past?," explored our commitments as alternative-experimenting adult educators and our openness to new forms of teaching and learning offered by new (and always emerging) information technologies.

Dr. Carol Kasworm was the featured keynote speaker at the 28th Annual Conference conference.

The Adult Higher Education Alliance 2007 Annual Conference, "The Futures of Adult Higher Education," was held in Dayton, Ohio, October 10-12, 2007.

The Pre-conference Workshop, "Creating Contexts for Transformation," provided opportunities for participants to discuss and consider strategies relating to learning and change.

The conference took place in the state-of-the-art Conference Center on the campus of Sinclair Community College
